Data Protection & Compliance

Agenticsis is fully compliant with EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Swiss FADP (Federal Act on Data Protection). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never share or sell client data. Backend data is stored in EU-hosted Supabase infrastructure with role-based access control and audit logging.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and FADP, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
Export your data in a portable format
Object to processing for direct marketing purposes
Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

Our website uses minimal essential cookies for functionality and language preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural profiling.

Third-Party Services

We use the following processors to deliver our services. Each is GDPR-compliant under its own data processing agreement:

Vercel (web hosting, EU edge)
Supabase (database and auth, EU region)
Anthropic Claude API (AI processing, when contracted for AI services)
OpenAI API (AI processing, when contracted for AI services)

Terms of Service

By engaging Agenticsis for consultancy or implementation services, you agree to the scope, deliverables, and terms specified in your individual service agreement. All engagements begin with a free 45-minute discovery call to align on scope before any cost commitment. Payment terms, intellectual property assignment, and confidentiality are addressed in the project-specific contract.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland. EU clients retain rights granted by EU consumer protection law where applicable.
